Oldenburg For 1/2 lease on farm

This is Dicaprio or Rio as we call him being ridden by someone with a dressage background.
He has been out of work this year. This is his fourth time under saddle this year. I rode him though the woods to a neighbors dressage ring. Prior to me owning him he would not leave a ring or other horses.
Last year he was ridden out at many different venues throughout NH CT and MA at mounted shooting events during warm up, and at the rodeo in Marshfield MA in the warm up ring, through the parking lot etc.
He did very well in two versatility events in CT He goes over bridges, through water streamers, tarps, over jumps, will allow you to canter while carrying a tarp. I have shot off him in my ring but he has not competed in Cowboy Mounted Shooting

We are looking for someone to 1/2 lease him - on farm. He has much more training but none of it to do with dressage.
