Leeloopug......DO NOT GIVE UP! I don't know why this is the way it is.....its like they get trained in med school to discount parents and shrug us off. I experienced the same thing and I'm an RN....didn't matter. They tried to downplay what was going on. Turns out my twins have a very rare and catastrophic form of epilepsy (Dravet Syndrome) that takes an avg of 7 years to receive diagnosis. Our early diagnosis will hopefully improve outcome. My baby has had 2 episodes like this now. One just about an hour ago! We had already taken him to the doctors and they said he was fine! But it's really scary! If it happens again I'm going to take him to the hospital! I don't care if they think I'm over reacting!

My little sister had a seizure a couple of nights ago, She's 10, I walked in on her Having one, She stopped breathing, i couldn't stop cryinng It;s been like 2 weeks after her seizure and i still can't sleep,i stay up and watch her all night, and sleep through the day, i hate it

why does this happen'd? i'm so afraid for my nephews 3 month old son, he gets the same kind of seizures except he gets blue and cant breath and his whole lil body stretches like when an animal is dying no disrespect but that is the only way i can describe it i'm scared for them i thought we almost lost him.
