Golden Sun Walkthrough: Part 28 - Kalay

We arrive at one of the major towns in the game, Kalay. First we get a new djinn, raid the place, then go talk to Lady Layana about Hammet and him being kidnapped.

GUIDE:

Now that you have Reveal, it makes raiding villages much easier. Check the town for a Smoke Bomb, Elixir, Sleep Bomb, Vial, and a Nut. Towards the back, enter the Kalay Tunnel to find a Mars djinn, Scorch. Hit the shops for anything and everything, then head up to the palace and speak with Lady Layana. Afterwards, do NOT leave without getting the Water Jacket (and a Nut for that matter). The Water Jacket is a very good piece of equipment, so don't go and buy a Jerkin before you get it. @jhegs67 Smog is in the Lamakan Desert. In the biggest "room" or area, you have to use Reveal around a circle of stones to make Smog appear. Check part 27 for a better description.
