Necsel technology could enable home theater systems that marry over 200% of NTSC color coverage, high-brightness,high contrast, high-resolution images, less than 8" depth, a thin, wide viewing angle architecture, and low power consumption (200 W for a 65" screen) at an affordable cost.

  • hungry for a laser tv, just purchased showwx laser projector, cannot wait for next year. if you wacht this video again next year, you will still hear they say next year,

  • today is 2012, Plasma TV still alive.

  • Where is your laser TV, no where to be found

  • :0

    Aaaaaaaaaaaaawwww

    I'm moving to Austrailia

  • mitsubishit "dip 6" only for "dip shitz"!

  • the only laser you're gonna see is from my light sabre when I shove it up that guy's arse!!!

  • Ha...this just proves the overriding world theme...the SUPERT CRT's will be the new standard by 2015...mark my words and do not question my authority

  • Also the colour clarity, it's saturated. You can bump up the saturation in the service menu on a plasma and getting even more saturated then the LaserTV. Also, LaserTV might have deeper colour but the deeper the colour the darker and the darker the less detail.

  • Actually this guy is wrong about colour replication, a plasma TV produces more colours in the colour scheme then the human brain can perceive. And laserTV is more like DLP, the technology is the same in principle. Honestly plasma is best because it produces the best colour without mechanical parts. LaserTV is like dlp so it's mechanical. NO MOVING PARTS other than fans are best! Anyway's Plasma made it for 20 something years and when LCD came out it still wins.

  • @alincrys Plasma display panels use a phosphor coating inside the plasma cells of each pixel. Look up how they work. You also have the details on how a CRT works almost completely wrong. They use an electron beam with three "guns" and a shadow mask in front of the RGB phosphor dots on the glass that restricts each beam to a one of the three colors of phosphor. It makes you look twice as bad when you call someone else a moron when you are in fact completely wrong.
