@nazcaplanes In evolutionary history mushrooms were key players in breaking rocks down into soil, thus allowing plant life to flourish. Also, some believe that psychedelic mushrooms could have had a key role in our development as a species, and may have been the beginning of both language and religion. :)

jbloch I think you have an odd take on this. His wife was free to be where she wanted, she wasn't "Kept" anywhere. And who says it was messy? Maybe that is her preferred way of living? You also assume a clean & spacious lab, most labs are neither. Unless you've experienced the effects of Psilocybin 1st hand you probably cant relate totally to what he's saying. Many scientists think the human brain developed as it did in part b/c of Psilocybin & its the basis of spirituality for sure.
