  • what are the specifics of the wall squat, in terms of how close thee body is to the wall, knee placement, etc

  • Feet shoulder be placed at conventional width for full squats or sumo width as in PL squats. Toes should be about 1-4 inches from wall.

    Descend while remaining upright and forcing the knees outward.

    Try not to touch the wall.
