does the dvd player play while driving or do u have to tell the installer to fix it?

You can hook up the brown wire to the negative ground source.

@yosip1115 Put the positive and acc wire together, then put them on the 12v + (Car battery, fuse, cigarette lighter...anything that test 12v + with a multimeter). then take the ground and either put it to the negative ( - ) or to the chassis.

the unit is garbage i bought it brand new and got it professionally installed lasted a whole 20mins

Can you test one of these by simple hooking up the positive wire to the positive port on a car battery, the ground to the negative, and the ACC (vehicle key) to the positive port also? Thanks.
