Losing wheight by cutting out a lot of things you normally eat is not going to make a difference in the long term. Yes, it work, but once you start eating normaly again, is not going to work right? Is best to eat healthy in smaller portions and stay active I think. Is a fact that you will only lose weight if you consume less calories than those you burn. And you gain weight if you consume more calories than those you burn.
As 4 me, I have fat hips but weight like 100lbs, so I wanna b thinner:(

Hello there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

And if you're serious about losing weight, stop wasting your time watching videos on YouTube that are full of conflicting information. About 95% of the weight loss videos on here are useless. Stop confusing yourself.
That F.L.C program is by far the best I've seen and I'm a certified personal trainer.

I don't know why anyone would follow a nutrition program that isn't customized to their body type. Anyone who wants to lose weight should be following the "Fat Loss Customized" program..

People are making nutrition and losing weight much more confusing than it should be. I think that program is the only one that targets the nutrition plans specifically to YOU.
