Of course you see two hands, since I have two hand. ;-) I have one hand on the bar and the other hand around the wrist of the first hand. So I'm not claiming to do real one-armed pull-ups - there's no way I can do even one of those.

I know it's not one-armed pull-ups (no way I can do even one of those!), which is why I've called them "one hand on the bar" instead. :-)
