Lebanon County Commissioners listen to Martin Barondick say that he is an atheist who is opposed to prayer. Then, Jonathan Sonnen and Pastor Tim Anderman speak in favor of prayer. Commissioner Litz makes a motion to allow prayer--spoken by clergy of various faiths or silent--at the beginning of each meeting. The motion dies for lack of a second.
