  • Yeah I went a little far with the cuba comment, truth is, their health care isn't better than yours, it's equal. If I had to choose between living in one of the poorest country's in the world vs. the states, yeah i'd probably choose the U.S. but cuba is so poor, it's a travesty that their healthcare system is even competitive with yours.

  • I am from a big town in the Ukraine.I know first hand how the "universal" healthcare worksIt does NOT.Only uneducated idiots belive that the "state" shall provide all for everyone for "free".

  • are you from a small town? probably in the south? not well informed are you? Study universal health care deeply. Visit Cuba... one of the poorest country's in the world and see how their hospitals are run. You may have the most advanced health care but too many U.S. citizens do not get to enjoy this. In fact, the rest of the world uses your experimental drugs and new treatments, while your citizens are denied their insurance claims, or can't afford premiums.

  • WORTHLESS COMMIE BITCH,!Go ahead vote in that moron into office and stay a third world nation...United Socialistic States of America... OR

    Vote Constitution!

Vote Ron Paul 2008! True American!

  • Every person should have access to a basic level of medical care, and that should be free. That is the government's role, to provide everyone with the basic safety net.

  • Individual insurance could easily cost a middle-aged person who made just over 50k a year 20 per cent of his/her income. You might choose to budget that proportion of your money to go into the pockets of some corporation that will try not to do what they are supposed to for you, but a smart person would probably think twice.

  • But you must not have RDLPDS (Retroactively Diagnosed Latent Personality Disorder Syndrome--known to non-creepy people and ethical practitioners as PTSD)or you would know exactly how many millions of a part of a piece of crap your "qualification" is worth.

  • You might choose to budget that proportion of your hard-earned money to go into the pockets of some corporation that might help you if you, sort of if you get really sick, but a smart person would probably think twice.
