This is why i'll never go back to cheering on that kind of floor...
the mats are a lot better tumbling wise (well I find it easier) and it doesn't hurt that much when you get dropped/fall on your butt..and its not as hard on your back either
trust me...I was a level 4 (and partly 5) gymnast and it took me a bit to get my front saults considering I never had someone spotting me
but yeah the spotting kinda sucks....

My Bf went to that school and I heard that their education SUCKS! they must be practicing horribly. The school I go to has one of the BEST education.
