They need help I agree but not the kind you are talking about.If you are born a male,you are a male.Ifyou are born a female ,you are a female.God does not make mistakes.They need love,care and mental help.Thats how I feel about it.

Well spoken! This is good commons sense. I believe Americans need to be more aware of gender identity issues and this little speech helped do just that. Trans people should be accepted just like everyone else and the first step in acceptance is understanding.
