But man, you gotta rearrange that portmanteau and maybe go from the small bird to the large bird - like ChiDuckTur, or RiDuckTur... or GrouDuckTur... coz I had to do a double take when I read TURD-ucken.
I first thought it was a a bit of a joke until I read up on it - TURkeyDUCKhEN. First impression is that I wouldn't be eating nothing that started with the word "TURD"... LoL

We usually have lots of remaining turkey but this turducken just disappeared!
Loved it!
We might try next year with wild turkey, wild duck and probably partridge or grouse!
