..as a person involved in the filing of a 301 petition that was indeed rejected without even being read, I cannot think of one thing that Mr.Hoffa said that was not fatual and on target..brillaint, honest, and correct testimony..whether you are pro or anti-union,you'd be wrong in thinking Mr. Hoffa is not a great, patriotic American!! That's a very interesting point that US multinationals exert pressure to prevent Chinese workers having rights. This makes it very difficult for other countries including the US to compete.
