Grocerygurus CVS/ECB Coupon "Crash Course" Contest

This is my entry for Grocerygurus "Crash Course" contest. I did 3 transactions at CVS, on 2 of them I earned ECBs and in this video, I show I how to use and roll over my ECBs. The other transactions, I show how to use coupons with clearance items to maximize you coupon value and lower your out of pocket expense. I showed ALL receipts for my 3 transactions, and explained coupons, clearance and ECBs used. Today, I spent a total of $31.72 for all 3 transactions....I purchased 37 items.

Nice haul. I started clipping coupons this past October. I am really getting the hang of it now. My nearest CVS is located about 45 miles from where I live. It is also about planning. I also get my coupons from multiples Sunday newspapers, Internet, magazines, coupons aisle at the commissary, Free manufacturer coupons can sometimes be requested by visiting the manufacturer's web site.

It's nice you can save money on so many items, but you're really not saving any money if you just keep buying things you don't use all of the time. >.<
