I have a pair of the RYN's and have started wearing them again after some time, I was afraid they would hurt my already injured lower back, slip disc, so I put them off,. Recently I have been getting some relief again and started wearing my RYN's again and I can feel my lumber muscles strenthning up again, hope this keeps up, enjoy your foot wear :)
FAIL. MBTs replicate walking barefoot ON SAND, which, needless to say, is a big difference from walking barefoot at home on concrete or tile, for instance. Your suggestion isn't a fair experiment, because simply walking around barefoot on the carpet is NOTHING like wearing MBTs.
Anti-shoe? BS. If you want a natural gait and posture, get a pair of Vibram Five Fingers, or at least Nike Free's. Get something that lets your foot work as a foot. Walk around barefoot and then walk around in MBT's; they're NOTHING like being barefoot. VFF's are the closest you're going to get to natural.
I love my MBT's and I have several pairs. I will not leave my home without them, Since I have been wearing MBT's I have lost 21 lbs and I no longer have foot or back pain!! I have tried the spin=off brands of these and they are not even comparible. Try them you'll see!!

i have a pair that helped me with plantar fascitis...i couidnt step on my feet without pain now im pain free...thanks mbt dmd

these shoes are okay, but it makes your calves too tight causing a cramp. DONT WEAR THESE SHOES TOO LONG LIKE 4 OR MORE HOURS.
