My deadlift start sucks.
Any advice for improve the bottom part?
Now I'm doing deficits (4"), Box Squats and a lot of work for hamstrings

wow it seems like you could definitely break some deadlift records
Nice lifting guys. Hey try doing your deficit work beltless, your deadlift lockout will get so insanely strong

@DJPLER good idea...ernie thought it prolly wouldn't best to do a such a big deficit without a belt tho without training them in so long..he has a point, its a weird postition for back

insane! that 750 looked real comfortable; 765 is right around the corner. how much of a deficit was it?
