I love it! He is using one type of mushroom substrate(sawdust), as fuel to pasteurize another type of mushroom substrate(straw). A single air-blower is feeding 4 pasteurization stations! There is another video showing him pack buckets tight with sawdust around two pieces of PVC that makes a 90 degree air hole once removed

looks like he is making char. nifty set up. sawdust forge as for heat and the four 50 gl drums are probably sawdust as well.
