Basically what she is saying is this:
1.We should keep thinking even though it may be dysfunctional.But add the power of now to it.
2.We should imagine the best we can do to improve our situation.
The basic flaw here is relying upon the old dysfunctional mindset that we still carry to create what it imagines to be the best we can have.
Awareness precedes thought,thats what eckhart is talking about.He never said,dont plan ur future at all.
Anyways,this video is crap.

I think the significant point that Eckhart Tolle makes is that what is necessary for peace and human evolution, is the shif from traditional states of consciousness characterized by identification with form (including thoughts, concepts), to higher states of consciousness with a connection to the whole, to the intelligence of the universe as opposed to operating from our limited intellects - which have given our planet many catastrophes, despite the greatest intentions.
