the german claus winter, a friend of mine, developed a technique for an installation-artist, making whatever word you type into the computer visible by a "water-curtain". the effect is amazing! this video shows the world-premiere during the "nuit-blanche" in paris in oct.05!

This type of water writing was invented by Professor Steve Pevnick in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Professor Pevnick has a machine (not the one in the video) called a Graphical Waterfall and has shown around the world... probably why this person copied him.
Professor Pevnick patented his Graphical Waterfall in 1979 and has shown his art at art exhibits as well as being used by large companies to advertise.
