I have no idea what stores you have there. I suggest looking online to see if places like dickblick or cheapjoes ship internationally. If not there is likely a phone directory online for the philippines that lists art supply stores.

@bestdogonearth It's a lot, more than most schools. Almost as much as Law or Doctor's. Make sure to research grants and scholarships as much as you can.
