On a side note, his service and sacrifice are duly noted and completely appreciated. He obviously understood what the red, white and blue stand for and should be saluted for his service and sacrifice rather than have his grave stomped on by people using his death for their own political means.

I really don't get the point of the video. I am assuming, based on military rule, Jesus had a green card allowing him to join the military. He was thus living in the country so his Mexican citizenship seems a moot point and as to the promise of American citizenship for his service, does that actually seem unreasonable to anyone?! No one showed up at Jesus' house in Mexico and recruited him. He immigrated here, got a green card and VOLUNTEERED for service. Again, what's the point of this video?

Aggression against immigrants?! What the hell are these people talking about? Maybe, just maybe they meant to say ANNOYANCE with ILLEGAL ALIENS. I don't know anyone "aggressive" with immigrants or illegal aliens. And remember, they are two distinctly different groups. One is here to find a better life, the other is a felon.

My friend Alexender had a similar situation. He lost his Dominican citizenship for enlisting in US Armed forces. He was a green card holder but his minor New York misdemeanor caused him to be permanently seperated form his family and friends in US. His story is published at immigrantsunited dot com
