No,you would abhor it. But fear Allah. For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful."

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) asked his companions, "Do you know what's backbiting?" The Companions replied, "It is to say your absent brother that which he dislikes" Then someone asked, "But what if what I am saying about my brother is true?" The Prophet Answered. "If what you say about him is true, you have backbitten him and if what you say about him is not true, then you have slandered him".
