A Healing Path: My Life Part 2

After the birth of our sixth child, the unsatiating desire to know myself...the part of me that has been buried away with all the negative things that living life has brought.

Dance, meditation, exercising the power of the breath, and visualization, as well as raw foods has begun to unleash within me a power I knew not in the past. A passion. Increased love and motivation. A relentlessness to stay strong, to love my nation and to do good to the stranger. This burns within me.

Please be encouraged, motivated, inspired. A part of me heals as I work on the videos that I put out. Tears were put into this dance, as I danced not only for myself but for my sisters as well. Many specific sisters come to mind...know that I dance for you and love you. Be healed.

I love you Israel.

Life...

My life

Searching...
Desiring to be accepted
Trying to understand

life

Who am I?

Am I capable of loving?

Insecure, hurt, ashamed,

Broken

When Truth comes...

My heart cannot run

It's hurts,

I must break free

Free from myself

I hear TRUST

But I run,

I fear

Who am I

Who resides within

What power do I possess

My mind

It wants to break free

Freedom,

Who is she?

What does she look like?

She is beautiful

She is secure

She is at peace

She knows her power

She loves

She accepts her self

She sees the beauty in those around her

I am beautiful

I am secure

I am at peace

I know my power

I accept myself as I was designed

I see the beauty in those around me

I am able to arise and move forward

I am able to say goodbye to my past

I am healing

Healing

I am being healed

I am being filled with His love

I understand now

Menu May 27:

Smoothie made from 2 bananas, a romaine lettuce, 2-3 large strawberries, ¼- 1/3 cup of soaked pumpkin seeds (yielded very large serving which last all morning till about 12:30 pm.
Green juice/smoothie made from wild plantain and parsley and a mango
Seamoss and Bladder wrack (1 heaping tspn) in 1 gallon of water (which will be the water used for smoothies and juices. (...eventually did not use due to stomach upset.)
Nori wraps with an almond filling (taste likened to tuna/egg salad), mushrooms and sliced onions for topping.
Water (but consumption declined...need to up it.)


Menu May 28:

Chamomile tea
Large Kale, Spinach, and Chard salad topped with pumpkin seeds, ground flax seed (did not like too well), ground almonds, olive oil, amino seasoning, cayenne pepper flakes.
Did not log anything else for this day.


Menu May 30

Large bowl of kamut puff cereal (not raw), with strawberries, bananas, almonds, almond milk and agave nectar.

Had a second bowl of the same cereal about 3 hours later mid morning

Made green juice (ended up discarding) from swiss chard, kale, dandelion greens, 3 small plantains leaves, celery, two apples, parsley. Plantains caused immediate loosening of bowels and stomach nausea for most of the day.

2 Avocados and a tomato with amino seasoning and cayenne pepper

Medium Salad of dandelion greens and spinach with an avocado and almonds

Seamoss and bladder wrack water
