cool thnks! i worked on the steel works i can smell every stage that was shown! they used to teach us in geography class all these processes but i never realy listened or understood fully, even when i worked there i only worked in one section at a time so my immediate job was all i cared about! i worked on the coke ovens/ battery tops! damn, in the summers its like working on the sun! also worked in other mills like, rod & bar, heavy section & rolling mills! not plate mill or the boss plant tho!

@yurik19881 it extracts impurities from the steel an makes them float to the top (=slag) an these are removed later on.
