  • I have had organic before and i guess normal run of the mill stuff and really tasted no difference, but that's me, I would also like to thank you for not doing the tex-mex stuff which really slaughters true mexican cooking.

  • I use organic mainly for no pesticides and to support those who protect the soil...I know it sounds virtuous...but being a gardener I feel it's important..

I do like tex mex on occasion..but real Mexican food is one of the worlds great cuisines..WAAAAY uinderrated.

  • awesome Keith! me gusta mucho

  • Very good video. Nice and instructive.

  • is there anything to replace cilantro for flavour? To me cilantro tastes like soap.

  • No filler to your soup. need chicken and a little homny..looks pretty..

  • im stoned and hungry now........

  • Keith you're the best, I'm glad you stuck to the genuine mexican cuisine.

  • chicken tortilla soup is very good as well. Try cooking the chicken with cilantro then adding it to the soup. thats the way I make it.. it'll make you say Mmmm Mmmm Good, lol.

  • nothing wrong with thickening the soup a little, right?

  • Hey keith !! I gotta say... you did good!! it looks yummi. As a Mexican I'm glad you staid true to the dish. In my family we add a pinch of saffron, you should try it.

    Congratulations on the vids =)
