@upyours537 Actually Amare was their last line of defense, he could play defense well on occasion but not all the time but he was most definitely their first line of offense. I think Grant was the first line of defense. Don't forget they lost Amundson too, with him they had their second line up that could compete with a starter group.

@Hinasil i believe it! frye is a lot more consistent now! their bench stepped up bigtime! ron artests buzzer beater was a really big factor tho, i miss the 2010 suns team, they lost dragic, amare, richardson, and barbosa! that just took them out, especially since amare was their first line of defense

If Frye would have hit his 3's like he is now, there is no doubt in anyone's mind that they would have their first ring I don't care if anyone tries to deny it. You see how much energy they play with? How much energy the crowd gives off? This is what real NBA teams are like. The only thing that would have stopped us might have been Kobe's 3's over perfect defense.
