1. Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter - LRO
LRO was scheduled for launch on an Atlas V 401 rocket in early 2009. The trip to the
Moon took approximately four days. LRO entered an elliptical orbit, also called the commissioning orbit. From there, it will be moved into its final orbit: a circular polar
orbit approximately 50 km (31 miles) above the Moon's surface . LRO will spend at least one year in low polar orbit collecting detailed information about the Moon and its environment.

2. The Chang'e-2
The Chang'e-2, named after a lunar goddess, blasted off from the Xichang Satellite Launch Centre in Sichuan province, more than 2,000 km (1,200 miles) southwest of Beijing, at 1059 GMT. It is expected to arrive in moon orbit by Oct. 5 for its six-month mission.
-- It will test new technology and collect data for future landings of Chang'e-3 and Chang'e-4, and provide high-resolution photographs of landing areas for these following probes.
-- The launch is the next step in China's moon mission, to be followed by an unmanned moon landing and deployment of a moon rover planned for 2012 and the retrieval of lunar soil and stone samples around 2017.

NASA's Twin GRAIL Craft is On Their Way To the Moon. GRAIL-A is scheduled to reach the moon on New Year's Eve 2011, while GRAIL-B will arrive New Year's Day 2012. The two solar-powered spacecraft will fly in tandem orbits around the moon to measure its gravity field. Lunar explorers hope the mission will answer longstanding questions about the moon 'from crust to core.'"

these are real alien craft and the Moon has bases ...as for orbiting Earth satellites around the Moon there are 9 orbiters and they are all operational...

You can't pick up a satellite around the moon with a Panasonic SDR-S70 Camcorder with a 1/8" CCD period. I doubt you would be able to see one with my 12.5" custom telescope at the maximum 650X with 5/5 trans. and seeing.
