Sign language gives babies and parents an effective way to communicate at an early age. Babies who use sign language tend to speak sooner with larger vocabularies, show an increase in IQ scores. My Baby Can Talk is a complete early language development program recommended by pediatricians, trusted by parents and loved by babies. Crying is one way that babies can communicate -- we offer babies another. This program offers everything a baby needs to jump start communication before a baby can speak.

The My Baby Can Talk series includes the three award winning DVDs that teaches babies and parents to communicate at an early age, reducing frustration and creating a special bond that is so important for healthy child development. Honored with more than twenty prestigious parenting awards, this series teaches babies American Sign Language (ASL) in a format that delights the senses while tapping into a baby's natural language abilities. Set to inspiring classical music, this program features beautiful real world images, delightful puppet shows, colorful toys in motion and babies communicating with simple gestures. My Baby Can Talk inspires preverbal communication using sign language as well as first spoken words and is the first program featuring preverbal babies signing all the words presented.

  • is this american sign language?

  • Yes, we strongly advocate teaching babies American Sign Language (ASL) and all the signs presented in the award winning My Baby Can Talk program are ASL signs. ASL is a natural or iconic language. This means that many of the signs look like distinctive parts of the object or action that these signs represent. For example, outlining the whiskers of a cat is gestured for the sign cat. Babies can easily make a connection between the sign and the object or action it represents.

  • hahahah I'm alot older than a baby and I watch these videos over and over, because I work with special needs children!!!! I love ASL

  • i love the baby in yellow!! she signs for the food! :P

  • i love the bath sign baby he is soo loving it

  • I love the videos!!!! I have 3 children now, 4, 2, and 3 months and all 3 watch them. They are very interesting to the little ones and allows me time to catch up on chores and lowers the stress level as they learn to "talk" to me and express what they want. I can't stand a whining or screaming child and this decreases that significantly. This also teaches proper interaction to ask for something and get positive feedback. My first child asked for milk at 7 months old on her own!

  • if i ever had a baby i will teach him/her this
