  • Its the Joint Operational Meteorological and Oceanography Centre at Northwood UK.

    The odd tones at the end are for signal analysis. They generate greyscale, noise pattern and bars at the end of the fax =]

  • Effectively, i have seen Northwood on a website. Do you have a Weather Fax decoder ?

    I use MultiPSK program, it does a very good job of decoding the fax images =]

  • Normally that would be RAF Northwood weather fax right? Not sure what the siren's about - would be an odd thing to jam.
