This is the first time in over 30 years that I have heard GOP women leaders express any concern for my health.

The Reagan years, and both Bush Presidencies ignored women's issues and in fact made health care less affordable.

In addition, I have written all my GOP representatives in Congress, the Senate, my Governor, Tim Pawlenty Not one of them has answered nor expressed any interest in establishing dialogue.

You really think Mrs. Reagan and both Bush's wives allowed their husbands to ignore or allow them NOT to care about womens issues such as health or other concerns.

1st ladies play a big role in the presidency! Just the media does not cover it that way.

I certainly did not mean that Mrs. Reagan or both Bush wives did not care about women's health. What I was getting at is that during those years (I was middle-aged then), the actual ACTIONS of the Presidents themselves made it difficult for us to get any health care reform. While working for UnitedHealth Group in the early 2000s, CEO McGuire, an unethical leader, urged his employees to vote for the GOP. I could not get attention from GOP leaders then and still cannot. Trust is an issue, then.

Well Obama and the dems took on the issue. Sure did, the 1/6 of the economy, now instituting another tax, RFID requirements, abortions, forced immunizations. Covering millions more and adding 2.3 trillion in ten years to the deficit.
Yep, we got care alright!

Kinda-wish the politicians stayed out now!
