Well, maybe run just at low but I wouldn't be sure, I wouldn't do it if i were you if you want to play CoD4.. though CoD4 hasn't got a monster engine so I think itll run but not great..

You should try changing the texture settings to low. Generally using the "automatic texture" setting keeps the settings High. I would like to see the performance difference with the textures set to low. also turning off ragdoll could help out that processor a bit.... not that it isn't fairly quick to begin with

When I have time I'll make another video that I will tweak out the setting so it will perform good enough to play.
