Why wouldn't one of them say point blank to bob to state publicly what his sins are? He is on the program to condemn homosexuals, but he admits that he is a sinner. If he believed that all men are sinners, and that none should cast the first stone, he would admit his sins. It's so incredibly obvious that he believes homosexuality is somehow worse, even though the bible states multiple times that this believe is a sin itself. He casts tons of stones.
