Yeah, i think he thought the whistle went at 0:10 because Dzeko looks at him like 'Wtf are you doing?' and he ignores him and then when the crowd start booing he looks up and shrugs like 'What?'

He thought he heard a whistle blow for offside, so he just hit it like any other player would. You can see him making the whistle motion at 0:52, so it wasn't out of disrespect. Even if Balotelli does usually act like an asswipe. (i.e. "Why always me?" shirt vs. Man Utd, and shoulder goal vs. Norwich. )
