@seanr456 That grin absolutely scared the shit out of me i was 10 years old and had to sleep under the covers for years after that.it seems really dumb now but the karen black scene is still creepy!

Loved this film. Its great to see how well its appreciated even after all these years. Certainly a timeless horror classic that relied on mood rather than the technical.

For psychologically terrifying films from the 70s, I rank this up there with the Exorcist and The Omen. Yeah, that final scene with Karen Black as the old lady is a heart stopper, but it doesn't get any creepier than a gawky chaffeaur with an evil grin at a funeral. I've seen this so many times, but watching the clip where Oliver Reed's character is outside -- and the old car slowly enters the drive -- and you can see the chaffeaur in it -- still scary!!

It scared me to death when I was I kid. I hadn't thought about it in years, then that Herman Cane commercial reminded me of the chauffer's creepy smile. Thanks for posting it.

the scene with the limo driver gave me nightmares for years when i first saw this movie! very underrated.love it.
