It helps promote and increase visitors which means more people to see the Scotman (its being restored). Think!!

Funny; I thought it was the National Railway Museum. Seems like the Hayward Gallery (also full of unadulterated crap) has had an influence. It cost how much? It will last how long? Meanwhile all those fine exhibits lay hidden or out of use - and they're begging for money to get Flying Scotsman steaming that will give pleasure to MILLIONS when it's back on the rails. Don't let Tracey Emmin in there - she'd turn the Royal Coach into a pile of saw-dust...
