@robholx it was orginally part of a game microsoft was going to make but got scrapped, so they left those in so people could test their pc's ability to play.mid files

This sounds kind of like it's missing something important.
On another note; does anybody actually know where it came from, who composed it and why it's been included in all windows versions since ME?
