@youareallchumps At this stage I wouldn't rate either of them better than the other, they're both pretty laid-back and easy to travel with, although for going directly to the coast air2there saves a lot of fluffing with buses and trains and extra $.

@youareallchumps Don't know what the usual altitude is, we were at maybe 5000 across the water then down to go up the sounds. I have had low flights with soundsair too, I was across in cloud b4 xmas at 8000 and took 50 mins as they went North more than West, but have also come across very low all the way and over Havelock.

@youareallchumps thanks dude, intriguing user-name...unfortunately could only film out of one side of the plane but wl gt th other on another trip. Makes a nice change from the Wellington trip. few other flying vids here too...

@Fra42below yeah is my hometown, used to fly out of Pram when i was 15, hang-gliders from earlier all around. Is a good flight, more laid-back than Soundsair even, which I use a lot.
