London College of Fashion: Exhibition space

After the huge success of their interactive table at last year's Fashion Week, London College of Fashion reappointed Moving Brands to design this year's Graduate Fashion Week stand at the Battersea Park Arena.
Briefed to reuse, recycle and reclaim LCF's existing print materials, we designed and built a unique, innovative 4-meter moiré paper projection cube and one-off furniture, using 2006 LCF graduate year books and prospectuses as building material. The resulting experience was a skilful optical illusion: a static environment that appeared to move as visitors walked past, inviting them into a space in which they were enveloped in a world of fashion as they were shown the latest catwalk and LCF showreels.
The cube was a resounding success and won the Dalziel & Pow Stand Design Award for the best of show.
