  • @yeaway23 I think that your egg whites were not properly folded to the cheese mixture. I am not quit sure what you mean by fold white to cheese. In type of cake, we have a cheese and egg yolk mixture and sugar and egg white mixture. And we fold the cream cheese mixture to egg white mixture to create the batter for the cake

  • My cheesecake has omelette at the bottom==how come other recipes says fold white to cheese

  • @summeryiing My guess is that your oven temperature is too high. The best way to solve this problem is to get an oven thermometer and measure the correct temperature before you bake because different oven temperature varies. Hope this helps!

  • I am gonna make this!!! :) This look amazing... Some of my cake turns out to be really soft in the middle and hard at the edge... Do you know what's happening??? :)
