Witch's Dungeon - ZACHERLEY out-take

www.preservehollywood.org "Zacherley, The Cool Ghoul" hosts the new "AURORA MONSTERS" documentary, available June 2010. This is an unexpected out-take from the filming, when Zach did an impromptu limerick. Proceeds from the documentary series, "LEGENDS OF FILM & FANTASY" benefits the non-profit "Witch's Dungeon Movie Museum".

I have re-dicovered Zacherley. He MC'd a Frank Zappa Halloween concert @ the old Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ many years ago. Used to watch him as a kid & listen to Zach on WPLJ. He is timeless & a True Cool Ghoul. Planning to see him @ The Chill Festival this April in Parsippany, NJ.

Always loved Zacherly. He's still the coolest. Back in his heyday, most people even 1/2 his age weren't nearly as hip. I do miss seeing his interactions with his on-air wife & the rest of the ghouls.

Ah, good ol' Zacherley! This footage is priceless. It gets better & better every time I watch it. I always had the sense that he had a great talent for working straight through any on-the-air flub-ups, especially in the old days of live TV. But yeah, it would've been a little difficult to tap dance his way out of this one. Glad no-one was hurt. What a great clip! Thanks for sharing it with us old school horror host fans.

They ought to have him host on cable allover again.
