Jim DeMint holds up Erroll Southers TSA confirmation. Why? Because he wants to unionize it. Listen to the abuses he committed in other rolls. Those abuses should automatically disqualify him. But Obama ALWAYS appoints people who "abuse the system".

DeMint has been holding it up for good reason. Besides the unionization issue, Southers lied to Congress about his role in doing an illegal background check on his then ex-wife's boyfriend and telling his cop buddies about it so he could harass the boyfriend.

But I just talked to Harry Reid, and he said, "Southers is light skinnee enough and doesn't talk like a southern slave, so he's a good negro."

He just withdrew name today January 20, 2010. The slander and personal attacks against Southers caused the dems to cave in. All accusations and here say yet, they always yield. Demint is simply the GOP anti union whipping dog tasked with holding up the nomination for the sake of the GOP's Corporate and anti working class conservative base. Lets put another forgetful admitted criminal (abuse of office) in what should be a position of trust while we argue about unionization. If he will abuse his office, admit it when caught and then lie about what happened, what makes anyone think integrity has since fallen out of the sky and landed on him?
