How long was the drive? did you leave from the US and came back?

i love how you captivated me from beginning to end. Great choice of song selection. The cinematography made me feel I was enjoying the adventure right from the passenger's perspective. I love the part of the political rally and the cows crossing. I hope I can have an adventure like this in my sc model, except going off roading. Thank you for the video =D

The Element was my first project when I was at Honda. I loved it being able to just through the thermarest down whenever we were caught in surprise rainstorms on climbing trips. Love your trip! Going to pass on your website to some former co-workers :)

The only thing that might have been nice was a more hard-core suspension with higher clearance, but I don't know if that is even a possibility. We were really happy with the car though and it took us everywhere we wanted to go.

It's not too hard to find gas - we just made a point of filling up whenever we got below half a tank. We didn't carry any extra gas with us. If you want more info about driving in Latin America, check out our wiki at Drive the Americas (.com)
