That is a friggin awesome piece. I think the "rings" on top of Palpatines head are like the rings you would find on the inside of a tree. They represent his age. He is extremely old. He is a Sith that has been around for ages, waiting and plotting for his reign.

No problem my friend. Congrats again on the new house...I'm still negotiating a better price with my agent and the seller....very frustrating as I want somethings fixed before we go ahead with anything, as well as a better price based on the current market value of the place.
