  • this video is as real as the alien autopsy.

  • @javajavahoothoot They froze and sent it to a museum.

  • does anybody know what they did with it?

  • wouldn't exactly say the squid has a "face"

  • its a she...

  • When fisherman or layman happens to catche this giant squid, do we eat it or sent it to the lab?

  • fuckiing dogs release the squid u pricks

  • It was probably dead when they found it (or very close to dieing). They lives hundreds of metres below the surface, and their bodies would have adapted to the insane pressure down there. It would have been crushed as it came up because of the pressure change near the surface, much like when you get "the bends".

  • These fishermen are great for landing this monster in reasonable condition and I hope an expedition to catch a full adult gets funded, there is so much unknown and they are fascinating animals. What disappoints me the most is that this was a great opportunity to get a real live and fresh picture and sample of at least one of the two biggest eyes in the world but appears this (for me the most important part?) was stupidly left out and the clever scientist in that inspection ripped it apart, why?

  • Dawwww! It's a baby kraken!!
