Well responding to the comment below. Keep your hands flat and strong point one leg which ever is comfortable for you and then kick your other leg over and then you land. And if you mess up like when I do you might do a front walkover . I usually do that when I want to do a round off.

hey i've been doing it all day and can't do it with straight legs. i'm bending the knees. Do i need to do some flexibility exercises or it's just technique?

:( I can do backflips, Sideflips and frontflips on floor but I can't round off or cartwheel

@Teamlevram3 dude help me pls =p i dont get it, i dont understand how to do a round off cartwheel i can do a "arabian cartwheel" but not a round off i can do a straight cartwheel landing oppsosite landing on 1 feet followed by other, but i just cant do it. i did it once randomly ages ago =p
