@paulalex32 Unfortunately there seems to be no soundtrack and so the name of the artist is really hard to find out. I tried my best, but didn't find anything...

@paulalex32 The song is: Kim Young-im: Jeongseon Arirang
I used it in one of my movies I made of Seoul...you can see it on my channel (the video of Seoul Gyeongbokgung Palace)
It is a wonderful song, I admire traditional Korean music :)
