America - Imagination

I created this video out of my anger at the path America and Americans have taken over the past few years, particularly the years of the George Bush administration. Despite high ideals and principals, America has a history of hiding truth and feeding propaganda to Americans. Despite the access to information, the majority of Americans accept lies, misinformation and violations of our constitution and civil rights, the most glaring the repeal of habeas corpus.

In 2008 gay millions of gay Americans still don't have equal civil rights due to the insane veil of a threat to traditional marriage. This country is mired in the illegal and destructive Iraq war thanks to George Bush, outsourcing is removing jobs from Americans to save a penny, Christians are diligent in their efforts to turn their personal mental illness into legislation. Global warming is debated, despite hard evidence, evolution is rejected in favor of fantasy, and the United States of America is torturing while denying it.

In a "free" nation, our rights are vanishing while conservatives decide that freedom is not worth opposing viewpoints or alternate definitions of "morality". Conservative Americans are ignorant manipulators, censoring free speech. Republicans can't even provide disaster relief unless it happens in a white, wealthy area such as San Diego. Our food isn't inspected, and the toy recalls shed light on our business dealings with the polluted and corrupt China, who we vilify publicly while doing business with them at an astronomical rate. And when over 40 million Americans can't afford health care and Bush and lame brained Republicans universally ridicule universal health care and it's costs while mandating trillions of dollars for an illegal and irresponsible Iraq war just to assure their wait in any medical line doesn't increase despite the damage to their fellow Americans, you can see the selfishness, egotism and harsh reality of American Republicans.

Reffer Madness was a funy film :) I don't believe pot will make people go crazy. But a majority of pot smokers I've met seem to lose their temper very easily if you step on their "good time vibes". Most post smokers will "act" laid back and easy going but I found if you watch their behavior they tend to swing from being very mellow when stoned to edgy and abrasive when not stoned, and they tend to turn their backs on their own friends to get what they want. So I think pot is unhealthy.

That's certainly the intelligent path to take, to decide your truths based on the very few people you've partially, non scietifically, witnessed (while removing their personalities from the equation)rather than reading the piles of scientific evidence which comes to the opposite conclusion, that pot is harmless. I know lots of people who have mood swings and are assholes without drugs or alcohol. Should we make the conclusion that AIR is the culprit, and support legislation against it?

I never said pot smoking makes people easy going or nice. I said pot wasn't unhealthy according to the scientific evidence. I'm not going to provide you with anything, if you want to learn the truth about something, do the research. It's amazing how many common perceptions in America are untrue.

I've got news for you, data has shown that Pot is bad for you, and in fact it can stay stored in your fat in the human body for years. I don't know what fudged facts you are reading. LOL

I've got news for you as well. Click on "more info" under my name, to the right of the video, scroll to the bottom and click on the link for "Where There's Smoke", an article I researched and wrote about pot. There are links to the sources of information. If you have integrity and care the truth, you'll read it, if you don't, you won't. Up to you. But saying "pot is bad for you" with no further explanation and no source? By the way, lots of things stay in your fat cells, that means nothing.

Another thing is that it would benifit illegal aliens. I know for a FACT that illegal aliens can obtain a drivers license. Which they then use to fly back and forth between the US and Mexico to visit their families. Welfare also benefits them and so do public schools. This would just be another thing we'd give them

Healthcare is not a good idea. My friend has recently moved here from Canada (a nation with healthcare) and told us how it would take at least a month for them to recieve medicine or medical care.

dude outsourcing yes i agree it hurts us, but its not "to save a penny" for example the company in asia where apple products are created pays its workers the equivalent of 180 USD A MONTH. They make just over a dollar an hour. So, off of worker wages alone, to recieve the same profits, apples products would be AT LEAST 7 times the price.

lol cjarvis there might just be something in the air or in the water, but I think its the food in America that make people very angry, irritable, and anti-social. Now that I am back in America its quite scary. XD
