Chuck, I took 6 lessons in 2009 with a highly regarded PGA pro and ended up worse than when I started. Every time he would tell me to do something, I would ask "How?" but he couldn't show me or explain it to me. His standard answer to everything was "It just takes time." I fired him and did my own research. I find your teaching compelling and understandable. Keep up the great work! Jeff

jkpassage, your experience is unfortunate but not uncommon. We hope to change that with the "Rotary Swing Instructor Certification" program we are launching at the end of January 2010. Certified instructors will be able tell you exactly how to do what they ask of you - how nice will that be?!?!

golfprogress, you're welcome! However, I have to point out one thing. TPI is just as guilty. They simply look at tour players swings and match their students with pros whose swings are similar. They do not take a completely objective look at the swing from an anatomical perspective.
